Oral TB-500 capsules provide systemic healing support through intestinal absorption. TB-500 is a synthetic analog of the active region of Thymosin Beta-4 (TB4), a ubiquitous actin-sequestering protein found in virtually all nucleated human cells. Thymosin Beta-4 is one of the most abundant intracellular peptides in the body, playing a critical role in cell migration, wound healing, and tissue repair. TB-500 corresponds to the LKKTET actin-binding domain of TB4 and retains its key biological activities including actin regulation, anti-inflammatory effects, and angiogenesis promotion. Injectable TB-500 has been extensively studied for cardiac repair, wound healing, and musculoskeletal recovery, with particularly compelling data in cardiac regeneration models. While injectable forms have higher bioavailability for acute musculoskeletal injuries, oral TB-500 provides convenient systemic actin regulation and healing support for general recovery maintenance, inflammation reduction, and as a complement to injectable protocols.

“Oral TB-500 for convenient systemic healing and recovery support.”
TB-500 sequesters G-actin (globular actin monomers) through its LKKTET domain, regulating the dynamic equilibrium between G-actin and F-actin (filamentous actin). This actin regulation is fundamental to cell migration — cells cannot move without coordinated actin polymerization and depolymerization at the leading and trailing edges. By modulating actin dynamics, TB-500 facilitates the migration of repair cells (fibroblasts, endothelial cells, myoblasts) to sites of tissue damage. TB-500 also upregulates matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) that break down damaged extracellular matrix to allow tissue remodeling, promotes angiogenesis through VEGF and laminin-5 signaling, and has anti-inflammatory effects through downregulation of NF-kB and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Oral absorption provides systemic distribution of these effects, supporting healing and recovery throughout the body.
Protocol Notes: Take on empty stomach. For acute injuries, injectable forms are preferred. Oral form is convenient for maintenance and general recovery.
