Peptide Reconstitution Calculator

This peptide dosing calculator does the concentration math. Enter your vial size, bacteriostatic water volume and amount to see the volume to draw and the U-100 syringe units. It does not recommend a dose.

Blend Calculator

Peptides in the Blend (mg each)

Enter every peptide in the vial and how many mg of each it contains — check the vial label.

mL

The full volume you added to the vial. More water = lower concentration = bigger draw.

How do you want to dose?
Which peptide is the dose for?

1 mg = 1,000 mcg. The other peptides in the blend come along in proportion — see the result table.

Important Disclaimer

This calculator is for educational purposes only. It does concentration arithmetic — it does not recommend a dose, and it cannot tell you whether a blend is appropriate. Always verify calculations with a healthcare provider. Peptide dosing should be supervised by a qualified medical professional. This tool does not constitute medical advice.

Blended vials combine peptides at a fixed ratio, so you can only set the dose for one of them — the rest follow in proportion. Several compounds commonly found in blends are not approved for human use in the United States. Concentration arithmetic is not a statement about safety, legality, or effective dose.

Rows showing 100 units require a full 1 mL U-100 syringe. Doses above 100 units cannot be drawn in a single 1 mL syringe and would need either a larger syringe or a lower reconstitution volume. Five rows in this table sit at that 100-unit ceiling: Epithalon, GHK-Cu, MOTS-c, Thymosin Alpha-1 and Tesamorelin. * Reference table assumes 2 mL bacteriostatic water added. Use the calculator above for different volumes. Total doses are rounded down to whole doses. All doses shown are common starting doses — consult a healthcare provider for personalized guidance.

How the Peptide Dosage Calculator Works

Step 1: Concentration

(Vial mg × 1,000) ÷ Water mL

Converts mg to mcg, then divides by the volume of water added to get mcg per mL.

Step 2: Volume per Dose

Desired dose (mcg) ÷ Concentration

Divides your desired dose by the concentration to find how many mL to draw.

Step 3: Syringe Units

Volume (mL) × 100

A U-100 insulin syringe has 100 units per mL, so multiply volume by 100 to get units.
